Project Overview
SkillUp.AI, a German EdTech startup, aimed to revolutionize corporate pieces of training by using AI to upskill existing employees and address near and mid-term skill gaps.
Our comprehensive involvement started with user research and discovery, then moved on to defining the product’s MVP and developing the web and mobile platforms with the AI backend.
The Challenges
The SkillUp.AI project addresses the challenges organizations face in finding specific skill gaps within their workforce, which affects talent management and resource allocation.
The challenge mainly highlighted the need for skills across various roles and different levels of employee proficiency. Furthermore, traditional assessments were time-consuming and expensive and often failed to provide adequate insights to draft personalized training.
The Solution
