Bullseye Telecommunications aimed to enhance its operational efficiency and customer experience by developing a secure custom application that integrates ordering, customer relationship management (CRM), and service provisioning.

The Challenges
Bullseye’s custom application development faced several challenges in its service provisioning process. The company struggled with complex service provisioning, making it challenging to accommodate customer orders efficiently.
