Project Overview
Enterprise64 partnered with Ad Astra to develop a six-week Proof of Concept (PoC) to automate their data reporting and analytics processes. The solution integrated data from various sources, reduced manual data handling, and created interactive Power BI dashboards for the Accounts and Operations teams. The PoC delivered a scalable, cloud-based environment with automated data refreshes, providing Ad Astra with a single source of truth for cross-functional analysis.
The Challenges
The client faced several challenges in their reporting and analytics processes. Their teams spent multiple days manually compiling reports due to fragmented data stored in silos, which led to inefficiencies and inaccuracies in the data.
The lack of integration between data sources made it difficult to get a comprehensive, unified view of the business, and manual data transformations and clean-up efforts further slowed down their operations. These issues affected decision-making and prevented the business from utilizing data effectively across departments.
The Solution
Enterprise64 implemented an end-to-end data reporting solution as part of the Proof of Concept. The solution incorporated data from multiple sources, streamlined data preparation, and automated report generation.
